NATWEST has outlined its intentions to support York’s house building ambitions at an event promoting access to finance.
NatWest’s Real Estate Finance team hosted an event at The Royal York Hotel, yesterday, inviting a number of the city’s house builders and property professionals to share investment plans Chris Macklin, regional director for NatWest Real Estate Finance said: “The Government’s Help to Buy scheme means that more young people are able to get on the housing ladder, and that brings with it a demand for new houses.
“We know that we have a huge role to play in supporting those house builders who want to invest right now.”
