Sirius Minerals shares tumble
11:08am Wednesday 18th September 2013 in Business news
SHARES in Sirius Minerals fell to their lowest value for almost two years after the company announced a year’s delay to its York Potash project.
The company, which is planning to build a potash mine near Whitby, saw £30 million wiped of its value after it announced on Monday planning approval had been put back to July next year.
The company’s share price closed at 9.33p, down almost 20 per cent, on the London Stock Exchange last night.
