A YORK accountancy firm has been named in the top ten in the country for client satisfaction following its first entry to an online survey.
Numerical Therapy, which trades as CGA in Escrick, has reached the top ten medium-sized accountancy practices in the UK, according to a survey by the industry website AccountingWEB
The website has an annual practice excellence programme where each participating firm asks their clients to complete an online survey in a bid to monitor customer satisfaction levels.
Stacey Mcveighty, director of Numerical Therapy Limited, said: “This is the first year that we have taken part in the practice excellence programme and we are absolutely delighted to have made it into the top ten.
“An important part of our mission statement is to put our clients’ needs first and to become their trusted business partner, so it is wonderful that the results show that we are achieving that.”
The top ten firms from each sized category are then assessed by a panel of expert judges. The judges will then narrow the shortlist down to three finalists per category, with the winner being selected by a public vote on AccountingWeb.co.uk
The winners will be announced at the practice excellence awards celebration in London in October.
