TADCASTER data collection and analysis group Sky High has agreed to be bought by Leeds-based transport technology business Tracsis.
Sky High, which surveys and analyses traffic data, has been valued at about £3.28 million in the recommended offer, in which Tracsis has proposed paying 15.25p per share, excluding those owned by management. The directors of Sky High, chief executive Mark Mattison, Grant Wilson and Martin Prowse, are also acquiring shares in Tracsis.
Shareholders will vote on the proposals on April 15.
