Bill Turnbull to speak at Chamber's annual dinner

THE keynote speaker at tomorrow’s Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce’s annual dinner has pulled out due to injury.
Eve Pollard, former Fleet Street tabloid editor, will be replaced by BBC Breakfast presenter Bill Turnbull.
Chamber president Richard Flanagan said: “We send our best wishes to Eve and hope she recovers shortly. We’re grateful to Bill for stepping in and I’m sure he will have plenty of stories to entertain us with.”
Pocklington School Swing Band will entertain guests during the drinks reception at the York Racecourse.
