York ice cream manufacturer Yorvale has announced the winner in its Big Flavour contest.
Appropriately for an ice cream inspired by Yorkshire, the winning flavour, voted for by members of the public, was Yorkshire Rhubarb and Ginger.
The flavour was one of four that were shortlisted and was suggested by both Marie Mosely, from Copmanthorpe, and Sally Trousdale, from York.
