Prices lowered on two city hotels

AGENTS have reduced the asking prices on two York hotels which have gone into receivership.
Colliers International has reduced the asking price for St Denys Guest House, in St Denys’ Road, from £750,000 to £625,000, and the Blue Bridge Hotel from £900,000 to £725,000.
The hotels went into receivership in May last year and are being sold on behalf of LPA Receivers.
