Government property available to buy or rent

A NEW website that will let members of the public see for the first time what Government property is available to buy or rent is to be launched today.
The Find Me Some Government Space website is expected to speed up the process for the Government to dispose of its unused property.
Local property up for sale includes Stray Garth in Heworth, surplus land at Raincliffe Street Clinic in Selby and Rutson Hospital in Northallerton, for sale by North Yorkshire and York PCT, the magistrates’ courts at Goole and a wildflower meadow on the River Nidd in Wetherby.
