POCKLINGTON Business Network will hear from a new independent retailer in the town at its next event.
Debs England, who started trading at Pocklington market selling ethnic crafts and gifts, was given the opportunity to open a pop-up shop in August.
She will speak about the need for towns such as Pocklington to find new, innovative ways to attract customers and businesses in order to compete in the modern-day world of retailing. The event will be held in Judsons Bistro, Pocklington, on November 22 at 7.30am.
