SHEPHERD Construction has won £13 million of work in Oxford and London.
The company, which has its headquarters in York, will develop a £9 million mixed-use development on behalf of the Cooperative Insurance Society in London and a £4 million expansion of the Clarendon Centre in Oxford’s Cornmarket Street on behalf of Lothbury Investment Management.
