A FAMILY run mobile software specialist is celebrating a quarter of a century in business with continued innovations.
Thirsk-based TeleWare has earned a global reputation for SIM-based mobile voice and SME recording, with three out of five FTSE 100 banks relying on TeleWare's technology.
Ahead of its 25th anniversary year this year, 18-months ago TeleWare made the decision to change its route to market, moving from having one major partner, to a full channel model. This required finding and acquiring a number of new partners.
In light of the work done on creating its new way of working TeleWare, which employs a team of 73 staff, is entering the Business Innovation of the Year category.
TeleWare spokesperson Jo Cresswell said: "TeleWare has innovation at its core, working in partnership with a hand-picked group of resellers and distributers to get its products to market.
"The company’s USP lies in the fact that it designs and develops all its software. These solutions can be tailored to the specific requirements of partners and end-customers, helping to make better communications happen."
