Pearless is fearless

Wallington youngster Adam Pearless (pictured above) finished third in his first ever Formula Ford race.

The 18-year-old qualified second and finished third in his debut race for the Croydon-based Steve Mole motorsport team.

The race was the opening leg in the Kent county championship, which goes on throughout the summer.

Proud dad Malcolm Pearless said: �Adam started racing Karts at the age of 15.

�This was his first race in a Formula Ford and to come third against 19 other cars was a great showing.�
