A NEW mental health charity formed from the merger of Beckenham Mind, Orpington Mind and Stepping Stones is to be launched on May 2.
A new management team has been appointed to run what will be known as Bromley Mind, at Station Road, Orpington.
It will be led by head of operations Sue Alder and head of finance Ian Robinson.
The new chief executive will be Sandi Lowing, who said: “Mental health services in Bromley are under extreme pressure and we are committed to working for a better deal for people with mental health needs.
“We will make sure the services we provide meet the highest quality standards and will challenge stigma, discrimination and sub-standard services wherever we find them.” If you want to attend the launch call 020 8650 9540 for a leaflet.
