Proposed development at Former Cocoa Works factory (including land in Bootham Stray), Haxby Road, York, YO31 8TA. Take notice that application is being made by: York 456 Ltd For planning permission to: Outline planning application for the redevelopment of land at Nestle South to incorporate a mix of uses including 425 homes, offices, retail, a creche and community uses with associated car parking, landscaping, highways, infrastructure and other ancillary works. Local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted: City of York Council. Local Planning Authority address: West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
