NOTICE OF PROPOSALS THE YORK PARKING, STOPPING AND WAITING (AMENDMENT) (NO 14/29) TRAFFIC ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that City of York Council, in exercise of powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 53 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Act, proposes to make an Order which will have the effect of:
1. Introducing 'No Waiting at any time' restrictions in York as follows:
(a) Ainsty Avenue, on both sides, from the projected northern kerbline of Mayfield Grove north for 10 metres,

(b) Alcuin Avenue, on both sides, from the projected eastern kerbline of Melrosegate east for 20 metres,

(c) Apollo Street, on its west side, between the projected southern property boundary line of No 47 Horsman Avenue north for 10 metres,

(d) Arthur Street, on both sides, from the projected western kerbline of Bull Lane west for 5 metres,

(bf) Siward Street, on both sides, from the projected southern kerbline of Hull Road south for 5 metres,

(bg) Supermarket Access road, on its:

(i) west side, from the projected southern kerbline of Hull Road south for 7 metres

(ii) east side from the projected southern kerbline of Hull Road south for the remainder of its length,

(ii) from the projected centreline of New Lane east for 10 metres and west for 10 metres,

(iii) from the projected centreline of Temple Road east for 10 metres and west for 10 metres,

(b) Kirkwell, on both sides, from the projected northern kerbline of Copmanthorpe Lane north for 20 metres,

(c) School Lane, on its:

(i) west side, between points 31 metres (terminal point of existing 'No Waiting at any time' restrictions) and 36 metres south of the projected southern kerbline of Main Street,
