FISHER Phil Sue and the boys, Ran, Elsie, Pam and family wish to thank everyone for their love, support and kind words of comfort over the last weeks. To the staff at York Cancer Care who have not only treated but provided invaluable support and friendship over the past 18 months along with the Doctors and Nurses on Ward 31. A special thank you must go to the amazing team of District Nurses at Easingwold, so efficiently led by Viv. The Rev Chris Ellis at Sutton on the Forest Church for helping us to deliver a very personal and meaningful service in celebration of Phil's life. Donations taken in thanksgiving for Phil in his memory raised £2,340 and will be divided between Macmillan Nurses, Marie Curie and Hospice at Home. We are grateful for the care and support they all gave and thank you to all for giving so generously. Finally to Nigel Medd and staff for the funeral arrangements. A very professional and caring service.
