MALLORY John Sheila and family would like to thank all friends and relatives for their kindness, sympathy and love received on the death of John. A special thank you to Michelle Burns for a lovely personal service which gave great comfort to John's family and friends. To Michael Carden of the Co-op Funeral Service for his professionalism and excellent attention to detail. To Doctor Forsythe and the team at Minster Health Surgery. A very special thank you to all the doctors and nurses at St. Leonard's Hospice, the Macmillan Nurses, especially Caroline Allison, the Marie Curie Nurses for their support towards the end of John's illness, to the Walnut Tree for their excellent catering. Finally, thank you to all who attended John's funeral and contributed £772 for St. Leonard's Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie and Cancer Research.
