BAILEY-HAGUE Charles Arthur (Charlie) Dot and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their continous support throughout Charlie's illness and for the many kind expressions of sympathy received following his passing, our sincere thanks to Doctor John Nicholls, Wetherby District Nurses and staff at St. Gemma's Hospice for their unstinting care of Charlie, all truly devoted to duty. Many thanks also to Peter Teale for a very special service and to J G Fielder and Son for sensitive and efficient funeral arrangements. We are grateful to all who donated to St. Gemma's, the fund is currently in excess of £1,000.
