RUDDICK Kathleen May Janet and Barry Cooper would like to thank the staff of ward 36, at York District Hospital, who gave our dear friend Kathleen great care and dignity to her lifes end, also to Andrew Pringle and staff at J.Rymers Funeral Directors for dealing so sympathetically and efficiently with the funeral arrangements, to Rev Derek Bailey for a lovely service, those who attended the service and those who sent condolences but were unable to attend. Thank You All.
