CARBUTT Anne Maria Terry and family wish to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their many cards, sympathy and support shown to them during their recent sad loss. Their thanks also to the Rev S Jarrett for his comforting Service and and to the Co-operative Funeralcare for their efficient arrangements. A special thanks to all the Nurses and staff of Ward 34 York District Hospital for the loving care and attention shown to Anne. Donations of £434 were raised for York Against Cancer.
