THOMPSON Yvonne Mr Thompson and family would like to thank Hayley Owen, Funeral Director, for the very efficient way she organised my wife Yvonne's funeral. Thanks also to the doctors, nurses and all staff at Haxby Group Practice, Haxby and Wigginton Health Centre and for the kind care the doctors and nurses gave to Yvonne in Ward 37 at York Hospital. The collection at the end of the service which raised £384, is to support Dementia Forward. Many thanks to family and friends.
