RUSSELL John Michael Mike's family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards and kind messages of sympathy following their sad loss. Thanks also to the many people who attended the service, not forgetting those who were unable to attend and for the donations totalling £1000, which we have given to the Alzheimer's Society. Thank you also to all the staff at York District Hospital (Ward 37) for their kindness and wonderful care to Mike and the family.
