JACKSON George George's wife and family would like to thank everyone for all their kind wishes and cards. The support we have been shown has been overwhelming. We would also like to thank Rachael and her colleagues from York Coop Funeral Care for their efficient and dignified service and support. Also Ann Spencer for conducting the service for George which was acknowledged as excellent by all who attended. Our thanks to everyone on Ward 26 at York Hospital for the care provided during George's stay with them. Last, and by no means least, our thanks to all the district nurses from Clifton Health Centre, who attended George at home, for all the care they gave George in the weeks and months before he went into hospital. Generous donations of £430.00 will benefit St Samson's Day Centre and The Salvation Army.
