COUZENS Dorothy Anne (Dot) Valerie, Sarah and family would like to thank friends and neighbours for their cards and support during the sad loss of Dot. We would also like to thank Dr Thompson, Community Nurses and Carers for the care they gave. Robert Livesey for the service to celebrate Dots life and Chantelle Byford of Co-operative Funeralcare for the efficient funeral arrangements. A total of £75 raised in donations to Whitecross Rehabililtation Hosptial
