SYKES Audrey May Brian and Len would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours. For cards and messages of sympathy following the sudden loss of Audrey May at York Hospital. Special thanks to Dr. Anhill and District nurses, to staff at ward 35 for all their care during her short illness. Thanks to Kevin Warcup of J.G.Fielder & Son for efficient and caring funeral arrangements.Thank you also to Revnd. Canon Jan Hardy for her comforting service at this sad time. We would also like to thank Kelly and friends for the refreshments afterwards. Thank you to all who attended and donated to Macmillan Nurses.
