ATKINSON Pamela Following the sad passing of our beloved mum, sister and sister-in-law of Derrick and Jean, the family of the late Pam would like to thank friends for condolence cards and kind words, those who attended the service and for donations received in memory towards the Martin House Hospice Fund. Many thanks to Paramedics who attended Mum at the outset on Boxing Day, to dedicated and caring staff in A&E, HDU and ward 11, York Hospital. A big thank you to Simon and colleagues and the lovely Helen at J G Fielder & Son for ensuring Mum's final time with us was dealt with in a professional, respectful and compassionate manner and the Rev'd Ian Hill who delivered a comforting service in Heworth Methodist Church and at York Crematorium. Thank you to The Walnut Tree for providing hospitality with such a delicious funeral tea. Grateful thanks to all concerned for help in giving Mum a farewell she deserved. God Bless you all.
