ADAMS Pat (nee Mead) Geoff, Christine and David would like to thank relatives and friends for the messages of sympathy and many kindnesses during their recent sad loss of Pat. Also for the generous gifts in Pat's memory to the British Heart Foundation. Thanks to the staff in the Acute Stroke Ward at York Hospital and lately Amelia House Care Home. Special thanks to Canon Harney for the beautiful service, also Richard Jackson and staff of J Rymer for caring and efficient funeral arrangements.
