GRAD David John June and Family would like to thank all friends for their overwhelming support in their sad loss of Dave. Many thanks to Dr D Bottomley and Dr JR Wilson for their wonderful care over the last five years. Thanks to Michael from The Co-op Funeral Service, Cromwell Road for going the extra mile. Special thanks to Robert Livesey for the comforting service. All generous donations were given to St Leonard's Hospice where Dave received excellent care.
