HOLLIDAY David Nancy, Margaret, Sue and family would like to thank friends for their lovely flowers and cards of support after the death of David. Thank you to York Hospital and Castle Hill Hospital, Cottingham, also a thank you to Margaret Jenkins for a comforting service and Coop Funeralcare for their excellent funeral arrangements. Finally to all who attended David's funeral and generous donations of £365 for Diabetes UK and British Heart Foundation.
