KNOWLSON Malcolm Heather and all Malcolm's family would like to thank everyone who sent the beautiful cards and messages of sympathy during our sad bereavement. They would also like to give their heartfelt thanks to Hospice at Home Service and Marie Curie Night Care doctors and district nurses for their care and concern during Malcolm's illness, to Robert Livesey of York Registrar's for conducting the service at Thrush House and Chapman Medd for their sympathetic handling of the funeral arrangements.
