MATTHEWS David Noel David's family would like to thank all those who attended his funeral or sent cards and messages for their kindness and support following their recent sad loss. Special thanks to Michelle Burns for the warm tribute, to Chris Fielder for the sensitive funeral arrangements and to all the staff on wards 36 & 39 at York District Hospital for their wonderful care of David during his last few weeks. Donations to the Stroke Association in memory of David amounted to £172, thank you.
