TURNBULL David The Turnbull family would like to thank everyone who attended the funeral for David Bell Turnbull held at York Crematorium on November 20th. Four hundred pounds was kindly given in donations and will be split between Martin House Hospice and The Stroke Association. We would also like to thank Chapman Medd and Sons, Robert Livesey, Easingwold Golf Club and York District Hospital who were all very kind and professional to ensure that David had the fitting tribute that he deserved. We are only left to thank you all for the large amount of cards and flowers containing lovely heart felt words received by the family. Thank you.
