HUXELL Derek Julie and family would like to thank Doctor Dudek, District Nurses, Macmillan Nurses, Karen Elcock, friends and neighbours for all their support and all the cards and messages at this sad time. Thank you also to Reverend Nick Bird and to James Myers Funeral Directors. There were donations of £505, which will be shared between Macmillan Nurses and Teenage Cancer Trust.
