VANHAM Jeff Passed away peacefully, in York Hospital, on Saturday, August 18th, 2012, aged 80 years. Beloved husband of Oonagh, much loved dad of Katherine and Philippa and grandad of Vanessa and Sarah. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, August 28th, at York Crematorium, at 11.40am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Dementia UK, direct or via the online just giving page, www.justgiving.com/jeffvanham. In memory of Jeff would you please wear a touch of colour.
