JACK Anthony Malcolm (Tony) Passed away peacefully at home on June 19th, 2012, after a long illness bravely borne aged 56 years. Much loved husband and best friend of Pauline, dear son of Avril and the late Jimmy, dear brother of Alison, much loved son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. Funeral Service to take place at Woodlands Crematorium, Scarborough, on Friday, June 29th, at 1.20pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses and Malton Hospital League of Friends.
