COOPER Avis Died peacefully on June 14th 2012 aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Jim, a loving mum, grandma and great-grandma. Funeral service to be held at The East Riding Crematorium, Octon on Monday June 25th at 2pm. Flowers may be sent to J G Fielder & Son, 25 George Street, Pocklington, alternatively donations in lieu may be made to Dementia UK, a plate will be provided at the service.
