McMANUS John (Retired Head Porter University of York).On April 28th, peacefully in York Hospital. John, aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Mary, a much loved Dad of Neil and Ian. Funeral Service and Celebration of John’s life will be held at St. Barnabus Church, Leeman Road, York, on Friday, May 11th, at 2.00pm, followed by committal at York Crematorium. Family flowers only please donations may be given in John’s memory to Cancer Research UK and Help for Heroes – a plate will be provided at the service.
