BYFORD Marjorie On February 2nd peacefully at York Hospital, Marjorie aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Ernest, dearly loved mother of Rosalie and Keith and mother-in-law of Sandra and Bob and a much loved nana and great-nana. _ The Funeral Service will be held at York Crematorium Chapel on Wednesday, February 15th at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, donations in Marjorie’s memory to the Stroke Unit of York Hospital.

Remembering a lovely joyful lady with a great sense of humour. Had many laughs with her over a lot of years and will be sadly missed.

Looking back our mothers were tough. We were the first baby boomers. They managed with ration books and little money. Glad they had it easier later in life.
