ATKIN Derek Died suddenly on July 11th, in York Hospital after a fall at home. Dearly loved husband of Dorothy. Much loved dad of Sylvia and Janice. Loving granddad of Natalie, Nigel, Heather and great-granddad to Oliver, Poppy and Ivy. A good friend to many. Celebration of Derek's life and cremation will take place at York Crematorium on July 27th, at 10.20am. Bright coloured clothes preferred. Donations in lieu of flowers to York Hospital Intensive Care Unit.
