CREMER Jonathan (Jon) Died peacefully on April 23rd, with such courage after a short illness aged 56 years. He was a loving and caring husband, dad, grandad, brother, uncle and friend to many. Funeral will take place at the Holy Trinity Church, Stockton on Forest on Thursday, May 3rd, at 11.00am. Family flowers only. Please wear bright colours.
