JOHNSON Michael Derek 'Mike' Passed away peacefully on March 2nd, in St. Leonard's Hospice, aged 78 years after a long battle with Prostate Cancer. Much loved husband of Jen, dear father of Cheryl, Kerry and James and adored grandpa. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium on Friday March 23rd at 2.20pm. Family flowers only please, donations may be given to St. Leonard's Hospice for their dedicated care and kindness, a plate will be provided at the service.
