SMITH Sally Alexandra (nee Wright) Passed away on July 19th, 2017, aged 45 years. Dearly loved wife of Dean, loving daughter of Sylvia and the late Ken, dear sister of Oliver and stepmum to Jordan and Ben. Funeral service to be held at York Crematorium, on Monday, July 31st, at 2.40p.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to York Against Cancer, a plate will be provided at the service.
