SLEDMORE Ann Of Upper Poppleton, passed away peacefully at home on July 8th, 2017, aged 80 years. Beloved mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend to all. The funeral service will take place at York Crematorium on Wednesday, July 26th, at 11.40a.m. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu for The Yorkshire Air Ambulance. A plate provided at the service.
