GAME Donald (Don) (Ex Carriageworks) On July 17th, 2017. Peacefully at Mulberry Court Nuring Home, aged 78 years. Much loved husband to Christine, devoted dad of Karen and Helen, also dear grandad to Hannah, Joe and Daniel, father-in-law to Neil and Jon. Funeral service to take place at York Crematorium on Tuesday, August 1st at 11.40am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to York Against Cancer, Macmillan Nurses and St Leonard's Hospice. So sorry to hear of Don's passing. I was a playmate of his when we were young and ran around Beech Avenue. Had not seen Don for many years as I have lived in USA for almost 40 years but the word reached me over the miles. He sure knew how to kick a ball and play gratey.
