CARTER Wendy (nee Smith) April 19th, peacefully at home aged 79. Beloved wife of Tony and mother of Lynn and Ian, dearly loved mother-in-law and grandma. Service, York Crematorium, 1.00p.m., Tuesday, May 2nd. Family flowers and charity collection, followed by drinks at Phoenix Inn. Wendy loved all things purple so feel free to wear something colourful.
