SHERWOOD Brenda Mary nee Whorley, (was Turnbull) After many years of having heart and breathing problems, and eventual kidney failure, Brenda has decided to give up her difficult fight. She died peacefully on Sunday, March 12th, 2017, aged 87, in York District Hospital with her family by her side. She was a wife to Ken, mother to Les and Diane, mother-in-law to Sandra and Dave, Grandma to Ben, Dean, Joanne and (Late) Anthony, and a Great Grandma to Diana, Reece and Isabella. Funeral to take place at 09.40 on Friday, March 24th at York Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to British Heart Foundation which meant so much to Brenda.
