YATES Chris In York Hospital on January 15th, 2017, Chris aged 75 years. Died of a broken heart. Dearly loved wife of the late Pat, much loved mum of Michael and Paul and a loving nan to Emma, Abby, Laura and Holly. The joint funeral service of Pat and Chris to be held at York Crematorium on Monday, January 23rd, at 14.20. Family flowers only please but donations will be gratefully received for RNLI and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, on the plate provided at the service.
