COLLEY Matthew (Matt) On September 3rd 2016 at home. Matt, dearest dad of Rowan, beloved son of Judy and the late Brian, brother to Jo, nephew and cousin. Dearly loved by all his family. Funeral Service to be held at York Crematorium on Wednesday, October 26th at 3.00p.m. Donations if desired to Save the Children. Family flowers only please.
