BUTLER Margaret (nee Portway) Passed away in Connaught Court Nursing Home on Friday, June 10th. Beloved wife of Geoffrey, loving mother of Elizabeth and Mark and proud nana of Rebecca, Margaret will be very sadly missed by her family and all her friends. Funeral service to be held at St. Edward the Confessor Church on Friday, July 1st at 11.00a.m., followed by a private committal service at York Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Margaret will be given to Connaught Court Nursing Home, a plate will be provided at the church. So sorry for your loss,Margaret was a true lady and a wonderful family orientated wife and mother. I remember her so well from the days I did her hair in my salon many years ago. She adored Rebecca whom I remember being born,and I liked her love of BMW's!! So sad for you all. Kind regards,Collette Wrigglesworth xx
