JACQUES Philip Charles Passed away peacefully on May 17th, 2016, aged 62 years. Much loved husband of Angie, dad to Tracey and Nicola and grandpops to Chloe and Lottie, father-in-law to Ian and a dear brother. Funeral service on Tuesday, June 7th, at St Mary's Haxby, followed by a private Committal. Family flowers only, donations in lieu will be gratefully received to support Macmillan Cancer Care and York Cancer Care (York Hospital). A plate will be available at the Church.
